Lea Polizzi is a fine art, portrait, and street photographer located in Brooklyn, NY. She was exposed to film photography by her mother at a young age and started exploring with digital cameras herself at 14, venturing into fine art and more specifically nude portraiture as she continued learning and creating as a young adult. These pieces are taken from Polizzi’s most recent project, titled “summer of nudes.” Polizzi’s aim for this project was to create a safe and comfortable environment for her models in order to produce a series of desexualized nude portraits.
