A 2-dimensional version of a globe mounted in a circular meridian that allows the image to be turned on all axes. Meridians unfold so that the expanded dimensions can be as wide as 10 in.

For over a decade now he has unsuccessfully tried to come up with a
new project that is supposed to reframe the field of diplomacy. He
spends most of his time now contemplating this failure while being
occasionally distracted by his fascination of the sea. He is a United
States Coast Guard licensed captain certified to operate vessels up to 100
tons.

His works have been shown at Nationalgalerie Berlin (1983,1985);
