PAT CONLON

This pieces is inspirational  in two ways.  Keith Haring was the equivalent of a rockstar artist.I looked up to him growing up in NYC. This mural was also saved from destruction after the Lower East Side Boys Club of New York (BCNY) became defunct. The work derives its name from Lower East Side Boys Club. It shows that art can save and be saved. I wanted to start off 2022 with a piece that’s simply fun and colorful. It’s complete with a hidden wishbone for luck and my homage to Keith Haring & signature.
